My screen suddenly became(and remains) very bright for few seconds. ‎ 07:28 AM I have thinkpad edge 0578bpq.My screen suddenly became(in vin vista and win 7 for few seconds) very bright and the images are very washed out. Jan 09, 2018  The colors looked as though a high contrast theme had been applied. It seems a distorted display wasn’t the only screen issue to surface after the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. Some users are also seeing a dark or bright screen after the update. This has nothing to do with the screen’s own brightness.

There are probably actual options on the display itself. Is this a desktop or a laptop? A make and model of the screen would also be helpful.The Monitor itself does have options, how ever I was hoping not to have to mess with them considering it was 100% fine in 7, ever since the update it went to junk. It's a Desktop, screen is a Dell P190S. I've tried turning it down in the Nvidia Control Panel, but it's still the whites are either insanely bright, or I can't see anything in the dark.
