Well, we’ve all been there, and it takes a whole lot of time to complete, especially if you have plenty of content. Most of us prefer to do the syncing process at our discretion rather than letting iTunes do it for us automatically. However, there’s a way to disable this Auto-Sync feature in iTunes.

Here, go to the Devices section and check the box right next to “Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically”.
